Product Location Audit Tool

Redesign

April 2017 - July 2017, April 2018 - June 2018

Redesigned Audit Tool, a mobile tool for internal staff to collect in-store product location. The new tool successfully increased operational efficiency and reduced labor hour by over 75%.

Mapping Process Revamp and Map Editor Design

Ongoing Project since August 2018

Optimizing the mapping process by identifying key friction points and designing new Map Editor features. So far, at least 30 minutes was saved for a routine map update.

Airport Map Map Elements and Style Guide

Indoor Maps Visual Design

Ongoing Project since April 2017

Defining map elements and developing a style guide for multiple indoor maps to deliver a better map experience, including retail store, shopping center, corporate office, area and so on.

Designed a travel app called Flyer featuring airport maps and indoor navigation to make traveler's Day of Travel more frictionless.

Before working for Point Inside,

I was a UX Intern at Information School, the University of Washington. I worked on a project called LearnTogether, which was a mobile-first social learning platform that features on the exclusive networks, conversational mentorship, and modular learning widgets.
